Auction FAQs

How to Participate

1. Visit Auctions: Explore upcoming events at ssllc.com/auctions.
2. Register: Create an account, accept terms, and register for your auction.
3. Bid Online: Once registered, you can easily place bids during live auctions.

How to Bid

• Online Bidding: Auctions are live for a minimum of 24 hours. Enter your bid next to the item in the catalog.
• Automatic Bidding (Max Bid): Set a max bid, and the system will automatically increase your bid up to that amount only if necessary.

Reserve Prices

Some items have reserve prices, meaning the seller has set a minimum price they are willing to accept.

Closing Times & Extensions

• Items close at staggered times throughout the auction day.
• If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the closing time will automatically extend by another 5 minutes.

Invoices

Invoices are sent within 1 business day after the auction ends to the email used for registration.

• Certified check
• Wire transfer
• Credit card

Removal & Logistics

Buyers are responsible for the removal of items. You can either arrange the logistics yourself or use one of our preferred vendors for packing and shipping.

We offer full support for international shipments, ensuring seamless global delivery.
