If you choose outright purchase, we ensure payment within 7 days of pickup. For other selling options, payments are included with a monthly statement that outlines your inventory’s sales and financial status. Need flexibility? We can tailor a custom program to match your needs and selling timeline.

Auction FAQs

To join our auctions, simply create an account and register Once the live auction begins, you can easily place bids on the items that interest you.

You can place a bid on an item by simply entering it next to the item in the catalog. Our auctions run live for at least 24 hours, with staggered closing times. If you place a bid within the last five minutes before and auction closes, the closing time will be automatically extended by five additional minutes.

Yes, you can participate in our auctions from anywhere outside the United States. Travel is only required if you wish to conduct a physical inspection of the equipment.

We accept three payment methods: wire transfer, certified check, and credit card. Once the auction closes, you must complete the payment in full within two business days. Note that we accept credit cards only for invoices under $10,000 and we do not accept POs as a form of payment.

Buyers are responsible for handling the removal of auction items. If you don’t want to arrange the logistics yourself, you can select one of our preferred packing and shipping vendors to do it for you.

Invoices are sent within one (1) business day after the auction ends to the email used for registration.

Yes, you can! Work with your sales representative during the sales process and we can offer a range of extended warranty options to suit your needs.

We do offer these services on a select basis. Discuss your interest in these services with your sales representative.

We provide the following 3 categories of information with each refurbished piece of equipment:

  1. Internal and external pictures of the equipment
  2. User manuals from the original manufacturer
  3. Evidence of tests performed (system self test reports and analytical reports)

AMEA certification requires USPAP-compliant reviews every two years and 70 hours of continuing education credits every five years, so our experts always maintain compliance with the latest industry regulations and practices.
