Description

The PAS servo heat staking platform is designed to join thermoplastic components by applying controlled heat and force through heated tooling. PAS documentation for the STS2000 platform describes servo Z-axis control, direct-contact heated tooling, controlled time/temperature/pressure/cooling, integrated temperature controls, touch screen control, job storage, and precision Z-axis motion control.
