Pickup & Payment Details

Buyers are responsible for the removal of items. You can either arrange the logistics yourself or use one of our preferred vendors for packing and shipping.

We offer full support for international shipments, ensuring seamless global delivery.

Pickup Dates: October 7 - October 18. Your invoice must be paid in full prior to pickup. Invoices will be emailed to you by end of business on Thursday, September 19!

Pickup Scheduling: Please email us to schedule your pickup! All equipment is in our Woonsocket, RI warehouse unless otherwise noted.

How to Participate

Register: Create an account, accept terms, and register for your auction.

Bid Online: Once registered, you can easily place bids during live auctions.

How to Bid

   Online Bidding: Auctions are live for a minimum of 24 hours. Enter your bid next to the item in the catalog.

   Automatic Bidding (Max Bid): Set a max bid, and the system will automatically increase your bid up to that amount only if necessary.

Closing Times & Extensions

   Items close at staggered times throughout the auction day.[AC1] 

   If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the closing time will automatically extend by another 5 minutes.

Invoices

Invoices are sent within one (1) business day after the auction ends to the email used for registration.

How to Pay

Accepted payment methods:

   Certified check

   Wire transfer

   Credit card – We accept credit cards for invoices under $10,000

NOTE: We cannot accept PO’s as a form of payment.

Payment is due 2 Business Days after the close of the auction. Payment must be made in full.

Removal & Logistics

Auctions FAQs

To join our auctions, simply create an account and register Once the live auction begins, you can easily place bids on the items that interest you.

You can place a bid on an item by simply entering it next to the item in the catalog. Our auctions run live for at least 24 hours, with staggered closing times. If you place a bid within the last five minutes before and auction closes, the closing time will be automatically extended by five additional minutes.

Yes, you can participate in our auctions from anywhere outside the United States. Travel is only required if you wish to conduct a physical inspection of the equipment.

We accept three payment methods: wire transfer, certified check, and credit card. Once the auction closes, you must complete the payment in full within two business days. Note that we accept credit cards only for invoices under $10,000 and we do not accept POs as a form of payment.

Buyers are responsible for handling the removal of auction items. If you don’t want to arrange the logistics yourself, you can select one of our preferred packing and shipping vendors to do it for you.
