ProteinSimple Maurice – OBM is an automated capillary electrophoresis system optimized for protein profiling by size or charge. It enables rapid method development—often within a day—and delivers high-resolution, reproducible results in minutes. Designed for ease of use, Maurice features on-board mixing and integrated cartridges for both cIEF and CE-SDS workflows. The OBM (On-Board Mixing) functionality supports both plate and vial formats and simplifies assay setup while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maurice can process up to 100 sample injections per batch using Maurice reagents and supports dual detection modes: absorbance and native fluorescence. All operations—including batch design, instrument control, and data analysis—are managed through the intuitive Compass for iCE software. OBM and non-OBM samples can be run in the same batch, providing flexibility without compromising performance.
