The Lakso 300 cottoner utilizes an inverted “U” technique of inserting cushioning material into containers. This technique ensures that bottles are well packed and helps maintain product integrity by allowing for a cleaner packing process which eliminates stray wisps of cotton. Specially angled shears cut coil cleanly and uniformly each time to remove any potential for tails or wisps - a feature exclusive to Lakso® cottoners.

The Lakso 300 cottoning machine can achieve speeds up to 300 bottles per minute with a feedscrew bottle indexing system.
