The Bio-Rad ProteOn XPR36 protein interaction array system is a Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) biosensor platform that provides real-time label-free analysis of the specificity, affinity, and kinetics of bimolecular interactions. Using the XPR36 configuration, this system generates 6x6 interaction array for the simultaneous analysis of up to six ligands with up to six analytes. The ProteOn XPR36 system increases the versatility of experiment design and the productivity of experimental workflow, enabling the completion of high-quality SPR experiments very efficiently. The parallel-flow SPR biosensor platform features:
